FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: methods of lysis of microorganisms and separation of nucleic acids from them include application of system for lysis of microorganisms and purification of nucleic acids of said microorganisms. Said system includes installed on positioning means device for lysis of microorganisms, which contains cartridge, possessing zone for retaining microorganisms with means for their lysis, installed in cartridge rotor with means of its rotation, cover, container for reception of nucleic acids and means for liquid aspiration/release. Each of methods includes mechanical lysis of microorganisms by rotation of rotor, which induces rotation of lysing means, contained in cartridge.

EFFECT: invention provides effective selection of bacteria, contained in air sample, liquid sample and cellular tissue sample, their lysis and separation of nucleic acids from said bacteria for analysis.
