FIELD: analytical methods in biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: object of invention is determining dihydroquercitin in vegetable raw material. Dry ethyl acetate extract of raw material is dissolved in 0.01M phosphate buffer, pH 7.3-7.7, and HPLG (high-performance liquid chromatography) analysis is performed using as mobile phase mixture of acetonitrile, 0.0025-0.0075 M NaH2PO4 (pH 2.8-3.5), and isopropyl alcohol at ratio 30:69:1.
EFFECT: simplified analytical procedure, accelerated analysis, and increased reproducibility.
