SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food for cosmic nutrition should be manufactured due to blanching and reducing horse radish, lemon peel and cucumbers upon a chopper; freezing and cutting sorrel and spinach; freezing and reducing green onions and dill greens upon a chopper; reducing the fillet of cod fish upon a chopper; boiling kvas. Then the above-mentioned components should be mixed with sugar and common salt. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
