SUBSTANCE: preserves are made with the help of blanching and shredding of horse radish, twist lemon peel and cucumbers, freezing and chopping of sorrel and spinach, freezing and shredding of green onion and dill greens, shredding of pike perch frames, boiling of quass. The listed components are mixed with sugar and salt. Received mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
