FIELD: food processing.

SUBSTANCE: lemon dried peel and a horse-radish are parboiled and grated. Cucumbers are cut and parboiled; spinage and sorrel are frozen and chopped. Greengrocery of fennel and green onion are cut and frozen. A rockfish fillet is cut; the listed components are mixed without access of oxygen with sugar and salt. Kvass is boiled, then the received mix and kvass are packed, hermetic sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: canned food has a raised comprehensibility.
