SUBSTANCE: method involves blanching and grinding horseradish, lemon peel and cucumber in grinder; freezing and chopping dock and spinach; freezing and grinding green onion and dill green in grinder; grinding red-fish fillet in grinder; boiling kvass; mixing said components with sugar and edible salt; packaging resulted mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of canned food having improved digestibility and adapted to be used in space feeding.
