FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic methods of investigations. Method involves addition to membrane suspension in vitro functional samples as preparations of acetylcholine, epinephrine and dexamethasone taken in physiological doses followed by carrying out chlortetracycline probe fluorescent spectroscopy of membranes wherein the following indices are determined: cholinergic type of cellular reactivity is determined in prevailing cell response for acetylcholine when cellular structures are in the stable state; choline-adrenergic synergism is determined in high sensitivity of membranes for all preparations and this type is characterized by sufficiently high firmness of physiological mechanisms of regulations providing the resistance to extreme effects; adrenergic type is determined at enhanced response for epinephrine and dexamethasone when reactivity of sympathicus and relative weakness of parasympathicus parts of vegetative nervous systems prevail accompanying with lability of regulatory mechanisms; hyposynergism of choline-adrenergic type is determined in reduced reactivity for all preparations that is characterized weakness of physiological mechanisms of regulation. Method provides evaluating the state of child body and to predict it formation in ontogenesis.
