FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical treatment of varicosis in the veins of inferior limbs due to injecting phlebosclerosants. Beforehand, it is necessary to detect venous diameter and autonomic reaction of cardio-vascular system to the load. In case of asympathetic reaction it is important to increase the concentration of the preparation applied 2-2.5-fold against the value matched according to venous diameter. And in case of hypersympathetic reaction this concentration should be decreased 1.7-2-fold. The innovation enables to decrease side effects of sclerobliteration due to matching the concentration of phlebosclerosant depending upon the activity of autonomic nervous system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
