FIELD: indication equipment engineering, possible use for creating active-matrix vacuum luminescent displays which indicate text and graphic information.
SUBSTANCE: into the cell for controlling pixel-anode of active-matrix vacuum luminescent display, which contains control and address n-channel MOS transistors, the source of control transistor is connected to pixel-anode, its drain is connected to anode power bus, its gate is connected to source of address transistor, the drain of address transistor is connected to column bus of matrix addressing, and its gate is connected to row bus of matrix addressing, features capacitor and additional bus, where first contact of capacitor is connected to gate of control transistor, and second contact is connected to additional bus, where value of capacitor is greater than total value of capacities between the gate of control transistor and its drain, source, substrate and gate of address transistor.
EFFECT: improved quality of indication of information on active-matrix vacuum luminescent displays due to increased brightness of pixel-anodes luminescence.
