SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with freezing fresh grains of green peas; cutting skinned fish fillet, fillet of squids and crab sticks; boiling, shelling and cutting hen eggs. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with lemon juice and common salt. The mixture obtained and mayonnaise should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
