FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing digital video film of patient cutaneous covering, spot-photo with enlargement, dermatoscopy with magnification greater than 100 times, fluorescent dermatoscopy and final computer-aided results processing with basic clinical, diagnostic and dermatoscopic algorithms being used. Computer-aided mapping is carried out after digital video filming. Fluorescent dermatoscopy is carried out with 5-aminolevuline acid being applied as 20% ointment kept on area under study for 2-6 h.
EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis; enhanced effectiveness in determining multi-centric foci and transit intracutaneous metastases.
