FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncology. For differential diagnostics of benign and malignant pigment-free skin neoplasms, three-channel fluorescent RGB image of interest area is obtained in 3 hours after oral administration of Alasens medicine in amount of 15 mg per kg of body weight. Red channel share in tumour image is assessed by formula: Rtum=(R/(R+G+B))*100%, where Rtum is red channel share in tumour image, R, G and B are luminance of red, green and blue channels of tumour image. Red channel share in surrounding healthy skin image is assessed by formula: Rcut=(R/(R+G+B))*100%, where Rcut is red channel share in healthy skin image. Colorimetric deviation in red channel is calculated by formula: Rdiff=((Rtum-Rcul)/Rcut)*100%, where Rdiff is colorimetric deviation rate for red channel. For Rdiff under 10% benign tumour is diagnosed, and for Rdiff equal or over 10% malignant tumour is diagnosed.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of differential diagnostics of various pigment-free skin neoplasms on the basis of quantitative assessment.
