SUBSTANCE: preserved food is made by cutting and blanching tomatoes, cucumbers and olives, cutting and freezing spring onions and herbs, boiling till rice increases in weight by 150%, cutting salmon fillet, mixing the listed ingredients with salt, mustard and hot black pepper without access for oxygen, packing the mixture and mayonnaise, pressurization and sterilization.

EFFECT: preserved food has enhanced digestibility.
