FIELD: production methods.
SUBSTANCE: it is made the mechanical processing of the detail surface and it is applicated the connecting substance. It is established the thimble and then it is pressed to the detail surface by instrumental deforming. The deforming is done by instrument as thimble in profile made of material with effect of remembering the form, which is installed on the thimble surface. After that the mounting or the instrument is heated to the temperature opposite of martensite material changing of the instrument. It is used the connecting substance with the interaction temperature with mating surfaces, not exceeding this temperature. As the material with the effect of form remembering is used titanium nickelid.
EFFECT: it is provided the diminution of manpower effort and simplifying of the technology of restoring and it is increased the product safety.
