FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of drying solutions, melts, suspensions and of granulating various substances and it may be used in the microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. A fluidized bed granulator consists of drying chamber comprising conical housing, the bottom section of which is connected with a cylindrical section wherein grids and inlet for supplying fluidized drying agent from a heat generator are mounted. According to the invention, the top portion of the housing is connected with the cylindrical section and the conical section of the drying chamber, wherein inlet for control and measuring equipment is disposed. Moreover, the conical section of the drying chamber is connected with a vertical tube and a treated drying agent outlet the connected with a multicyclone separator. Moreover, the granulator is provided with two feeders: one in the top section and another in the bottom section. The vertical tube contains inlet for supplying an initial material, for instance, a salt solution and opposedly arranged inlets for supplying a spraying agent, for instance, gas or air. The horizontal inlet tube contains inlet for supplying an initial material, for instance, a salt solution, and opposedly arranged inlets for supplying a spraying agent, for instance, gas or air, and the granulated product is discharged via a gated screw. Moreover, the feeders have the form of acoustic spray nozzles for spraying liquids each of them includes housing comprising barrel and a rod with a conical flange that forms an acoustic generator made of a nozzle and a resonator, both having the form of concentric annular slots.
