FIELD: microwave devices.

SUBSTANCE: microwave (MW) heating device for heating of load(s) including resonant cavity (2) of cylinder shape enclosed in outer wall; at that, said resonant cavity is equipped with tool (10) for microwave radiation exposure. A heating device includes: wall dielectric structure (8) implemented inside said resonant cavity between said outer wall and said load(s); at that, said tool for microwave radiation exposure is implemented with the possibility of microwave field generating, which is an archwise-surface hybrid mode possessing properties of H-wave and E-wave inside said resonant cavity to heat the load(s).

EFFECT: invention provides for stable resonance frequency for wide variety of load geometries with simpler and more reliable device.
