FIELD: production technology of food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention has water activity index from 0.2 to 0.4, containing encapsulated DHA and/or EPA and citrus flavour. Production technology of grain food product stipulates grain mixture preparing with the method of blending of grain, encapsulated DHA and/or EPA and the first portion of citrus flavour. Then the bonding agent is prepared, including the second portion of citrus flavour. After that the product, achieved during the first stage, is mixed with the blending agent. The temperature during the process doesn't exceed 80°C. Food stuff is preferably formed as confectionary stick.
EFFECT: invention allows preparing the food product without unpleasant taste and flavour.
