FIELD: food products; oil and fat production.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the grounding of amaranth seeds, their maize oil digestion. Amaranth seed are grinded with the help of battering on 1/4-1/2 parts, and digestion is performed at the temperature 5-10°C during 2-5 days with the relation of the components amaranth seeds - maize oil 1÷3. Processing of the prepared mixture is made on steam bath at the temperature 45-65°C during no more than 3 days, then they are defecated and the received oil is separated. EFFECT: receiving of enriched oil of improved quality.
