SUBSTANCE: mounting attachment (1) for a fuel element of the nuclear reactor fuel assembly contains collet tip (2). Collet tip (2) is installed in mounting bore (4) of lower support grid (5) with a radial gap. The collet tip has upper ledge (6) and lower ledge (7). Between the ledges, fuel element (1) is secured in lower support grid (5). Part of the length of collet tip (2) above lower ledge (7) has shoulder (8) with a diameter no less than the diameter of mounting bore (4).
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of mounting assembly for fuel element of fuel assembly.
