SUBSTANCE: in spray drier with opposite swirling flows, which contains vertical chamber with system of initial material supply with coolant and with bunker for outlet of dried dispersed material, according to invention, the system of initial material supply with coolant is made in the form of axial input with swirler, fairing, baffle washer and ejection nozzle, along which the primary flow of coolant and initial material is supplied, which arrives through the acoustic nozzle, and the secondary flow of coolant arrives through the input of swirler, to which initial material is also supplied through the acoustic nozzle, at that the primary and the secondary flows of coolant are preliminarily heated up to the necessary temperature with radiators, which are installed on the line of the main pipeline, the axial nozzle serves for outlet of spent coolant, at that initial material may be supplied with the primary, secondary or both flows of coolant simultaneously via acoustic nozzles, resonator of which is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity or in the form of toroidal cavity.

EFFECT: increase of drier efficiency.
