SUBSTANCE: crystalliser contains two facets designed to perform reciprocal motions and another two facets perform rotary movements and having inclined portions in an upper part. An inside surface of a blank is cooled by means of the central cooled rod. The rod has an upper conic and a lower calibrating zones. The upper conic part of the rod is made as high temperature thermal pipe with a heating zone and with a ribbed cooling zone. The ratio of area F₁ of the cooling zone surface and area F₂ of the heating zone surface is 2-8.

EFFECT: upgraded quality of hollow blanks.
