FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to the methods of separating chemical compounds by the way of thinlayer chromatography and can by applied in analysis of substances in different scientific and practical areas of biology, chemistry, food industry, environmental protection, medicine, etc. The way of separating chemical compounds by the method of thinlayer chromatography was proposed. Here the separation is realized in an insulated chamber and the gases that change pH of nonstationary phase (as a result of their dissolution in the given phase) are used in the quality of gaseous phase contacting with the plate. The method can be realised with the help of a device where the gas chamber with a plate for thinlayer chromatography inside of it is insulated and has in its upper part one or several of the pipe junctions for feeding gases that change the pH of nonstationary phase, and the lower part of the chamber houses one or several junctions for offtaking the gaseous phase that filled the chamber in the first place. The invention allows increasing the selectivity of separating chemical compounds 2.7-3.9 times for nitroamine and 1.6-4.5 times for nitroaniline.
EFFECT: enhancement of selectivity of separating chemical compounds by the way of thinlayer chromatography.
