FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the ultrasound cleaning and can be used in the electronic industry for cleaning the inner surface of the glass container preforms used in magnetically operated sealed switch production. The method is realised with use of the manufacturing round-basket shaped accessory with the meshy bottom of diameter "Dk". It includes the washing in the 3-5% water solution of the hydrofluoric acid (HF), in the running water, in the deionised water under the high-pressure shower, exsiccation by triple deepening into the bath with 50% water solution of the highly rectified ethyl alcohol (C2H5OH); exsiccation by triple deepening into the bath with 85% water solution of the highly rectified ethyl alcohol (C2H5OH). The washing in the 3-5% water solution of the hydrofluoric acid is preformed in the bath with simultaneous application of the ultrasound within 5-7 minutes with following triple deepening in each of two baths filled with the 35-38% water solution of hydrochloric acid (HCl). After the washing in the deionised water with ultrasound application under the high-pressure shower, the additional washing in the deionised water is applied with ultrasound application within 5 minutes. The ultrasound washings are performed with the frequency range 16.8-23.5 kHz, at the output power P1≥5 Watt within time t1≥5 min, at the ultrasound generator frequency "fg" which provides the wave length λ=c/fg where c=1457 m/sec - the rate of the ultrasound propagation in the deionised water at +20°C, and with the maximal overall dimensions of the manufacturing accessory within the inequation limit 0,5<λ/Dk.
EFFECT: quality of cleaning butt ends of glass container preforms off glass grit welded on inner surface after melting container's butt ends, is improved.
