FIELD: technological devices, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for spraying vortex drying of liquid and loose materials and may be used in chemical, chemical-pharmaceutical and dairy and meat industries, for example, for drying of lactose. Devices for vortex spraying drying contain at least a pair of vortex chambers that are conjugated with each other with formation of overflow window in the point of conjugation. To chambers tangential nozzles for heat-carrier inlet are connected, and volutes for gas suspension discharge. Walls of chambers are made in the form of truncated cones that are directed by their smaller bases in opposite directions. Volutes are connected to larger bases of cones. Unit of connection of pneumatic nozzle with resonator of system of dispersed material pneumatic supply, which is connected to metering device, consists of pneumatic nozzle casing and cartridge, which is connected with nozzle casing by means of fixing element. In the cartridge there are at least two conical openings that are connected to metering device via pipelines of dispersed material pneumatic supply. Between nozzle casing and cartridge resonator is installed. Pneumatic nozzle consists of casing, guide, check nut, tip and orifice. Invention allows to increase intensity of drying process.
EFFECT: increase of drying process intensity.
