FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to drying plants and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and medical and other industries to produce materials consisting of several components, for example, feed antibiotics and amino acids. Spray dryer consists of a chamber with spraying mechanism represented as pneumatic injectors located on resonator axis and connected to disperse material supply system via collector. Collector is in the shape of polygon and spraying mechanisms are attached to its tops. Pneumatic disperse material supply system is connected to the center of polygon. Connection of pneumatic injector and disperse material supply system resonator associated with metering unit consists of pneumatic injector enclosure and shell fastened to injector enclosure. At least, two conical holes connected to metering unit via pneumatic supply pipelines are available in the shell. Resonator is situated between injector enclosure and shell and pneumatic injector consists of enclosure, guide, lock nut, cap and nozzle.
EFFECT: improvement of drying quality.
