FIELD: technological processes, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sorptive drying and may be applied in microbiological, food, pharmaceutical and other industries in production of materials with controlled final humidity, for example, moisture-sensitive materials of biological origin. Device for bacterial preparations drying contains spraying chamber with nozzle, which is connected to line of liquid biomass supply and equipped with loading bunker with metering device for sorbent, which is connected to air supercharger. Loading bunker and air supercharger are made as leak-tight. In line of metering device connection with air supercharger additionally filtering device is introduced. Upstream bunker additionally multi-section screw heat-exchanger is installed with steam jacket. Nozzle is made as three-channel and consists of casing and cartridge that is connected to nozzle casing by means of fixing element. In cartridge conical opening is provided, which is connected via pipeline with metering device of sorbent supply by pneumatic transport. As spraying agent air is used, and between nozzle casing and cartridge resonator is installed. Pneumatic nozzle consists of casing, guide, check-nut, tip and orifice. Invention allows to increase product quality.
EFFECT: increase of drying quality.
