FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: osteotomy is performed arc-like within metaphyseal zone of I instep bone base in sagittal plane using gouge. I instep bone varus is eliminated due to maximum distal fragment valgus and fixed crosswise with two Kirschner's wires capturing I-II cuneiform bone. I metatarsophalangeal articulation capsule is uncovered and thereafter used for triangular flap with distal base. Afterwards bursexostosectomy follows. In addition basic pollex phalanx base is uncovered to perform arc-like osteotomy in frontal plane using gouge forming sectional plane congruent to I instep bone head. Pollex valgus is removed, followed by pollex transarticular fixation by Kirschner's wire. Wounds are sutured up. Osteotomy of I instep bone base is performed by distance 1 cm from articular surface. Osteotomy of basic pollex phalanx base is made by distance 0.5 cm from articular surface.
EFFECT: method provides decrease in operation injury and decrease in postoperative complications.
