FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to membrane separation of gases for enrichment of at least one component of gas flow, in particular, for enrichment of air with oxygen and/or for enrichment of carbon dioxide in gas flow. Gas flow is supplied to membrane separator, which contains at least one unit of membrane separation, which contains at least one membrane. On membrane gas flow is divided by means of permeation to retentate created on membrane retentate side and permeate that is formed on membrane permeate side. At that permeate is enriched with oxygen up to concentration of 22-45 volume percent. Upstream inlet to membrane separator gas flow is compressed to inlet pressure above pressure level of environment, namely to values of absolute pressure between 1.35 and 1.5 bar. On permeate side pressure level is reduced in respect to inlet pressure, down to values of absolute pressure between 0.4 and less than 1.0 bar.
EFFECT: reduction of power; capital and production expenditures.
