SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stomatology and can be used to eliminate cutting edge defect of up to 2 mm in depth. Retentional points on oral and vestibular tooth surface are formed in area of cutting edge. From side of defect surface in media-distal direction retentional cavity of 2-3 mm in depth, created by slot and a row of semi-cilindrical cavities joined with slot, is formed. Retentional cavity is filled in with macrofilled composite material up to the level of defect surface and anatomical form of destructed cutting edge is formed.
EFFECT: longevity of restoration, improved cosmetic qualities with elimination of cutting edge defect of up to 2 mm in depth.
