FIELD: medicine, paediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: method of risk determination of atopic conditions development in newborn children includes determination of CD26+ and CD30+ lymphocytes content in umbilical blood and their ratio. If the lymphocytes ratio CD26/CD30 value is < 189 and level of CD26+ lymphocytes content is < 1716 cells/mcl, the child is included in risk group with respect to atopic conditions. Use of the method provides detection of children related to risk group with respect to atopic conditions that allows applying prophylactic measures.
EFFECT: increasing accuracy and objectivity of atopic conditions risk prediction.
