FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food production includes fresh green peas and potherbs freezing and grinding in mincer, eel fillet grinding in mincer, meat cutting and grinding in mincer, prunes blanching and grinding in mincer, mixing of the said components with bone broth, sugar, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete, pyrolysis timber and black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals have higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
