SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of preparation of dinner first courses for space meals. Method of preserved food cooking includes freezing and mincer grinding of fresh green peas and potherbs, mincer grinding of eel fillet and smoked meat, blanching and mincer grinding of prunes, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with bone broth, sugar, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
