FIELD: alimentary products, preservation.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: freezing and grinding fresh green peas and greens, grinding eel fillet, slicing and grinding meat, blanching and grinding dry prunes, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with bone broth, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of pyrolised wood and hot black pepper, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation. The process enables production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to traditional pre-cooked products of the kind.
