FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to processing of preserved first courses for space feeding. The method of preserves cooking includes freezing and chopping on the cutter of fresh green pea beans and greens, chopping on the cutter of smoked meat and eel-fish fillet, blanching and chopping on the cutter of dried prunes, blending of the above-mentioned ingredients with bone soup, sugar, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet and black hot pepper, packing of the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: producing of the preserves with an increased digestibility.
