SUBSTANCE: hen's eggs are boiled, peeled and cut, rhubarb, green onions and potherbs are cut and frozen. Fish fillet is cut and fried in melted butter, potatoes and cucumbers are cut and blanched. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar and table salt, prepared mixture and drinking water are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: expansion of arsenal of technical facilities and dishes for production of new preserved food.
