SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and freezing of rhubarb, green onions and potherbs. Fish fillet is cut, potatoes and cucumbers are cut and blanched. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar and table salt. Prepared mixture and drinking water are packed, sealed and sterilised with certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
