FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: cans are made by boiling, shelling and chopping of hen's eggs with grinding machine, cutting, parboiling in wheat flour, searing in melted butter and chopping of fish fillet with grinding machine, cutting, parboiling and chopping of potatoes and cucumbers with grinding machine, freezing and grinding of rhubarb, spring onions and greens. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, drinking water, sugar and salt. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: widening of facilities and assortment to prepare new cans, and their digestibility enhancement.
