FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: patient is placed in the tight chamber with changed negative pressure with treatment time of 60 minutes. The course of adaptation to a hypoxia is carried out by step liftings at 1,500; 2,000; 3,000 and 3,500 metres above the sea level. Starting from the sixth session, the "working height" is 3,500 metres. "Lifting" and "descent" is carried out with a rate of 2-3 km/s at partial pressure of oxygen of 20-35 mm mercury, pressure in the chamber 65.7 kPa. The course of treatment takes 12-24 sessions.
