FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: product is weighted, measured for weight, length and diameter. Using percussion mechanism sample is cracked while being holder fixed only on the one part in two directions that is on the surface by vertical axis (compressing shock) and at sample free lower edge tangentially (tangential shock). Results are PC written through microphone spaced 20 cm from the sample. Proper material waves generated by two shocks (two records), spectral analysis of recorded results is carried out. Based on the first record, resonant frequency of compressing shock is evaluated: based on the second record tangent resonant frequency is evaluated. Results are PC entered. PC calculation follows. Printed control result is characterised by resonant frequencies associated with modulus of elongation, rigidity modulus, Poisson ratio, Brinell hardness, ultimate strength, contraction ratio, specific elongation, true rupture stress, yield strength, impact strength, fatigue limit, fatigue resistance.

EFFECT: development of new material properties control.
