SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food for space feeding. The method involves cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing cooked sausage, cutting, sautéing in melted butter and mincing part of onion, blanching and mincing garlic, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, avocado and the remaining part of onion. Freezing and mincing lettuce and greenstuffs, mincing and frying pork in melted butter, mincing pickled chilli are made as well. The above components are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and citric acid. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
