SUBSTANCE: according to method exhaust gas is directed into closed reactor which is charged with charcoal of approximate porosity from 50 vol % to 85 vol % and average diameter of porous approximately from 0.05 micrometers to 2.0; at that charcoal contacting with exhaust gas thus at least Al4C3, is produced which is returned to melting furnace.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption and aluminium losses.
