FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: metal and slag are produced and carbon is extracted in one-furnace one-chamber reactor. Fume of Al₂O and Al created at stages of slag and metal production are recovered in a reactor for fume recovery and processed with carbonic material producing a re-circulated material containing Al₄C₃. Re-circulated material is used for assistance in one or several stages of slag production.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of carbonic-thermal production of aluminium in one reactor, reduced exhausts into environment.
