SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and communication and may be used as functional unit of different devices for amplification of analog signals, in structure of analog chips of different functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA), comparators). Controlled source of reference current contains the first (1) input and the first (2) output transistors with combined bases, emitters of which are connected to busbar (3) of power supply source through corresponding first (4) and second (5) auxiliary resistors, differential amplifier (6), which has potential (7) and current (8) inlets, and also main current output (9), matched with busbar (3) of power supply source, at that potential input (7) of differential amplifier (6) is connected to collector of the first (1) input transistor and main input (10) of controlled reference current source, current input (8) of differential amplifier (6) is connected to bases of the first (1) input and the first (2) output transistors, collector of the first (2) output transistor is connected to output of (11) controlled source of reference current. Main current output (9) of differential amplifier (6) is connected to emitter of output transistor (2).

EFFECT: increase of output resistance.
