SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to radio engineering and communications and can be used as functional node for various devices for amplification of analogue signals, in analogue microcircuits for various functional purposes (for example, operational amplifiers, comparators). Current mirror comprises input transistor (1), collector of which is connected to the input (2) of current mirror and base of auxiliary transistor (3). The base of transistor (1) is connected to the base of output transistor (4), collector of which is connected to output (5) of the current mirror. Emitter of the first input transistor (1) is connected to the collector of auxiliary transistor (3) and emitter of output transistor (4). The circuit has a first bias voltage source (6), connected to the connected bases of input (1) and output (4) transistors. The emitter of auxiliary transistor (3) is connected to the first bus of power supply (7). The connected emitters of input (1) and output (4) transistors are connected to the second bus (8) of the power supply through the first extra two-terminal network (9).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of current transmission.
