SUBSTANCE: for an estimation of examinations for medicament hypotensive therapy of a labile arterial hypertensia at children with adiposity, perform daily monitoring of arterial pressure and at size of systolic pressure/day more than 25%, but less than 50%, in addition use the method of a volume sphygmography determining rate of diffusion of pulse wave on vessels of muscular type (B-PWV). At B-PWV value equal or above 5.6 m/s, the condition is estimated as demanding medicament hypotensive therapy. The way allows to consider individual changes of rigidity of a vascular wall when using hypotensive therapy at children with adiposity and labile AH.
