FIELD: food products; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: feed for domestic animals with a coloured outer surface that imitates the appearance of natural grilled or marinated meat. The product can be produced according the formula including vegetable components (i.e. without meat) or according to the formula combining meat with dry protein materials. The ingredients are processed with obtaining of the blend similar to an emulsion that warms quickly in the closed area for initiation of protein coagulation. The combined equipment consisting of an injector/shredder, is situated in the specified area for destruction and grinding of the coagulated product mass and injection of the coloring material onto it. The colouring material is adhesed on some parts of the outer surface of the finished product, imitating the appearance of the grilled baked product.
EFFECT: invention provides a more simple and economic production way of feed for domestic animals and widens the variety of products.
