FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasound cerebral angiography (UCA) and computer videonystagmography determining opticokinetic nystagmus (OKN) are carried out. OKN asymmetry is determined when bithermal test is done. If during UCA hypoplasia of the right vertebral artery at the open circle of Willis and within predominance of horizontal OKN subcortical (sc) and OKN cortical (c) of nystagma to the right and vertical OKNsc and OKNc to up, anomaly of Arnold-Chiari-1 is diagnosed to patients suffered from cochlear vestibular dysfunction.

EFFECT: facilities enhancement for diagnostics of Arnold-Chiari anomaly, which has patients with cochlear vestibular dysfunction.
