FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: lanceolate dissection of skin through its external surface for blood sampling is carried out by an instrument for lanceolate dissection with pointed end and channel. The channel passes from the pointed end to a sensor on the nearest end of the instrument. The pointed end is placed into skin for the first predetermined depth under the external surface and insection is made on skin surface. Thereafter the pointed end is taken from the insection and the pointed end is put back into the indicated insection to the second predetermined depth, which is less then the first one. Blood sample is taken along the channel by the sensor.
EFFECT: quantity of blood samples taken in the area of the insection for analysis is increased, quantity of blood samples taken for lanceolate dissection is increased.
