FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: prosthesis contains the top plate (5) for connection with the above positioned vertebral body (1), the bottom plate (6) for connection with the below positioned vertebral body (2) and a bridge element (7), conjoining top and bottom plates among themselves (5, 6) and executed in such a manner that it blocks partially replaced vertebral body (3) located between the bodies (1, 2) of top and bottom vertebra, executed with bracing possibility in osteal cut of the vertebral body (3). The bridge element (7) for fastening in osteal cut of partially replaced vertebral body (3) has lock prominences acting in the parties (9, 15, 32), executed with possibility to be in the combined position for implantation or the put forward position for bracing.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of prosthesis positioning and decrease of probability of complaints of the patient on an oxycinesia.
