FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology and is intended for treatment of pathologic state of retina, developing in case of central serous chorioretinopathy with point of filtration located near foveal avascular zone (FAZ). Before operation optic coherent tomography is performed in order to detect detached neuroepithelium (NE) and/or pigment epithelium of retina (PER). Impact with laser irradiation with wavelength 810 nm is performed on entire zone of detached epithelium with application of "painting over" technique, including FAZ. From 30 to 300 applications with spot diametre 75 or 125 mcm, pulse duration 100-300 ms with working cycle of micropulse - 5-10%, power 750-1000 mW are applied.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore vision acuity, eliminate NE and/or PER detachment in place of laser impact, increase value of light sensitivity of retina, including place of application of laser applications in patients with counter-indications to performing fluorescent angiography.
